The Board: Dark walnut and Izombe (African hardwood) with inset end-grain band of Tigerwood, Ash, Purpleheart, Cherry and Mango Wood. Tung oil and beeswax finish 9" x 13.5"
The Knife : 7 inch handcrafted Nitro V stainless steel Petty knife. Matching hardwood handle with 5 wood inset stripe, your choice between Dark Walnut or Izombe base wood.
